OMG, this looks fun! Hopefully your mom isn't a pro cook and will be able to go with the flow. Cooking classes are a good way to bond over something that is important to all of us. After all, that's what "eating at the table" is supposed to be for. You'll be welcomed with a glass of Mimosa and get straight to work.
