BandC Challenge and A Banana Milkshake Recipe

Lately, I've been doing a challenge- No, not the Ice Bucket Challenge. I almost unknowingly started doing this. The challenge consists of you hanging out with yourself, going places alone. Places that you would normally go with company.

I've always said, I don't know how people can go to a bar or somewhere extremely social alone, and be comfortable with it. I knew I wanted to someday get to that point, but it was tough to imagine. Well, recently I kind of became that person, and it's been amazing. I believe there are so many things in our daily lives that bring stress,  and it's important for us to get centered. It's important to give ourselves time to rest, whatever that may be. Block out all noise or stressors and just focus on the moment.

So, this is my challenge to you:  Go hang out with yourself!  Go out to lunch, dinner, happy hour, event, or any other place...Alone. And please, share your stories with me brunchandconversation[at]gmail[dot]com

You can never go wrong with a smoothie or milkshake. If you're ever looking for an easy way to eat lots of fruit, this is a perfect way to go. Of course there are many ways to go about it, but here's a really delicious recipe that I came up with this morning.

And, it's ready! Quick and simple.
